Following measurement are required only for custom made to order please provide bear chest measurement or thin t-shirt

Neck -(Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted)

Chest - (Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part, typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples)

Shoulder - (Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder back from the neck. We define the “End of the shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm)

Sleeves - (End of the shoulder to mid of the palm)

Bicep - (Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with arms by your side)

Waist/Stomach - (Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater)

Hips/Seat - (Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks)

Length - (Base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket)

• In case of un-availibility of your item size in our stocks due to any issue, we'll ship it directly from our overseas manufacturing premises

• After receiving the item, your buyer should cancel the purchase within: 14 days
• Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
• Additional returns policy details: Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 working days of receiving the item in genuine condition. 
• Our QC checks each and every item thoroughly before shipping it out to the customer so it is rarely possible that you may found any issue other then sizing. Therefore we suggest our customer to choose at-least 4-6 inches larger jacket chest with respect to their own chest size.
• Custom orders are not at all accepted for returns.
• Postage & packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of second jacket in case of exchange would be paid by buyer, therefore please select your size by reading our size charts carefully to avoid later issues.
• We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving item in genuine cases.
•  We are not responsible for sizing issues and related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs we only accept exchange.
•  In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer. As per our exchange process, it is recommended that the buyer should repurchase the correct size again from us so that jacket processed accordingly, and return the jacket to our return address.
• On receiving the return, we will issue the refund for the Jacket price. In-case of item refund, only item price would be refunded excluding actual shipping cost If you have any questions regarding policies or sizing please contact us. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition
